I'm trying to use the chaos orb recipe (I used it successfully a few times already) but this time it's not working and I can't understand why. All the item are above level 60 (the lowest one is itemlevel 67) but when I put them in the vendor trading window I only recieve the materials of the single items. - How to get Chaos Orbs from vendors / Chaos Orb recipe (Path of Exile) The Chaos Orb recipe is pretty useful to know, especially at beginning of new leagues when you need to get some currency to buy a decent set of gear. It requires a full set of ilvl 60+ items, which means the following: - 1x Body armour. 1 x 2-handed weapon or 2 x 1-handed weapons.
- Currently, there is no direct vendor recipes for Orb of Fusing. However, you can sell any item with 6 sockets in exchange for 7 Jeweller’s Orbs. And then, purchase an Orb of Fusing with Yeena (Act 2) for 4 Jeweller’s Orb. 3.8 Orb of Regret.
Divine Orb Divine Orb reroll the value of any stats on explicit modifiers on the item.
- Divine Orb can only be used on magic, rare, or unique items.
- It re-roll the values of the explicit values of modifiers.
- Only the values of explicit modifiers that have a range of values will be randomized.
- It will not change the tier of the affix; it will only re-roll within its current tier.
Divine Orb VS Blessed Orb
The bottom modifiers are usually Explicit modifiers. There is a line to seperate Implicit modifiers and Explicit modifiers. As the example shown below, '+9% to Chaos Resistance' is the implicit modifier. There is another way to show an item's information. Click an item, press Ctrl + C, then press Ctrl + V to paste the information to a notepad. You will see information such as +9% to Chaos Resistance(implicit).
Blessed Orb rerolls the range of the stats found on the implicit modifiers. Divine Orb rerolls the value of any stats on explicit modifiers on the item.
Divine Orb Vendor Recipe
The following are vendor recipes for getting Divine Orb. You can sell a 6 linked item to any vendor for a Divine Orb. However, the price of a 6 linked item is always more expensive than a Divine Orb. From my perspective, I would like to farm Divine Orb divination cards.

The drop level of Divine Orb is 35 and it has a rare drop rate. You can get it by slain monsters, destroying chests, and opening Arcanist's Strongboxes.

Poe Vendor Recipe List
So, with the removal of Zana's elder and shaper questline, and the severe decrease in appearances of them through other means, will there be a replacement for the exalted orb vendor recipe? I mean, if it's going to be harder to even get the drops, what's the point of having that recipe? Why not change it? What's your thoughts guys? And hopefully support pops in with an answer :) And I know exalted orbs drop, but even chaos orbs have a vendor recipe so I'm just really curious about this. Heck, maybe with that removal that might very slightly increase the drop rate of exalted orbs. I don't know. I do the chaos recipe religiously (it's 90% of my income since I'm no good at pricing rare items), and only once have I had a full set of Shaper/Elder rares. I honestly don't think it's worth the effort. As for the divine recipe, it sounds like 5-socket gems will be as rare as 6-link items, so they'll probably vendor for a divine, which is nice if it's something like Berserk or Searing Bond I guess. | Posted by ekaye on Nov 20, 2019, 11:07:08 PM |

ya exalted shard recipe doesn't need to change. as for divines. just move them to the skill gems themselves. still a '6 link' being cashed in for a divine. jewelers could be the same thing definitely would have to change the drop rates of stuff like that though - or they'll change the recipes completely. who knows. we don't. im sure we'll find out in over a year when poe2 is further along development | Posted by xMustard on Nov 22, 2019, 1:34:48 AM |
How usable will it be tho? I mean, the current iteration provides dozens of 'trash' 6-links we just vendor, because they are by all accounts rubbish items and/or a tabula. 6-link gems, however, unless you get ridiculously unlucky with a select few, are going to be worth selling, always. There is also the 6-link div card sets, which I use a dozen of each league for 'free' divines.
